Affordable Apartments Available

The Parker Durand has 46 one-bedroom units that are designated affordable for income-restricted individuals. To qualify for a 50% AMI unit at the $946/mo rate, your annual income cannot exceed $35,350 as an individual or $40,400 as two individuals. Currently our 50% AMI units are fully occupied.

All other apartments are available at competitive market rates.
